In our opinion, this food is some of the best Mexican food that we have eaten. There is one other one in Yuma, Arizona, that we like, but the food here and the service was fantastic. We had trace amigos fajitas, which is steak, chicken, and shrimp, and not only was the food good but the tortilla chips, crunchy and wonderful.. Maria was a fantastic waitress. Thank you so much for a great lunch on the Fourth of July weekend. We will definitely come back to this restaurant for the service, the food and the atmosphere. What OK OK well I got a pay.
Fast, friendly service and decent Mexican at a reasonable price. Establishment was clean and menu had lots of variety. Worth the stop when in Cottage Grove.
My wife and I took out my nephews and family for some Mexican food on a random Tuesday afternoon. We were a big group and my wife and I were a bit late but my extended family was welcomed warmly and seated and when my wife and I arrived, we were quickly ushered to them. I hadn't seen my nephews for a very long so we talked for a long period of time as we got over our excitement of seeing each other again. The staff was extremely patient while we sat there for about 20 minutes catching up. We had very attentive and thoughtful service the entire time. My wife wasn't sure what to order but the waitress was helpful in finding a grilled vegetable and chicken dish. My nephews and family were all satisfied with their food. The portions were huge for my nephews' supreme burritos and for my mole burrito dish. My wife's dish was huge and I thought there was no way she'd finish it but she basically did. Service was prompt and warm and the waitresses even took some pictures of our big group. Overally, we had a great experience there. I don't know what the competition is like in terms of Mexican food in Springfield but I would say that this would have to be near or at the top based on our experience.
